Gigi and Me!! That bowling ball is a 58lb. ball!! Notice the ease with which I hoist said massive ball above my head.... Yes, seconds later I dropped it.

Hanami, Bowling, and anything else?

I went and did hanami yesterday. (Cherry blossom viewing) IT was grREAT!! We (My friends and I) went to this park with a series of rather steep hills. We climbed quite a ways up these winding paths and found a nice little spot to set up our BBQ grill and fry up some yakiniku. The meat was delicious and the view of the blossoming cherry trees that blanketed the hills below us as the sun began to set was something to behold!! After that the cherry blossoms were illuminated by the soft glow of Japanese paper lanterns hanging form the trees!! Talk about gosh-darn-purdy!!!!

In celebration of a friends birthday we also went bowing. I don't think I have had such low-scoring games since I was in elementary school....I bowled THAT badly. But we had a great time as I hope the pictures can attest to. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MIWA!!
